Early this morning I received this message from my Higher Self and Beloved Spirit Guide. Some of it is personal, but I’m including it here because I feel there may be some of you who will resonate with the message. I know that some people are going through a really difficult period shifting backwards and forwards through different levels of their multi-dimensional consciousness. I said before that the energy will only get stronger now, and it’s not about to ‘let up’ for any one of us, so stay strong and stay IN’side your Heart and IN Love. There really is no other way to BE.
Here is the message:
Expand your consciousness, extend your boundaries, lift your awareness, tap into your core power, your True Essence. If you’re still seeing yourself as this little human body you will be going through a tough time round about now. Use this technique to help you:
Imagine a fluorescent tube of brilliant white diamond light around you. Now expand the circumference of the tube out around you further, and further still. (See the note below.) Now become the light itself! See yourself as tall and as wide as the tube of light, reaching out and lighting up the space around you. Above, below, left, right, front and back. You are that big! Yes you are!! Concentrate on BE’ing the light and feel as you become LIGHT’er. You may feel yourself lifting out of your physical body and this is good. Go with the feeling for as long as possible. It’s easier to do this on an empty stomach. Any energy work is easier and best accomplished on an empty stomach.
(Note: When you expand the tube of light out from around you start initially with 6ft and then increase it slowly until you reach approximately 54ft in diameter.)
It is time to decide on your main focus, your priority. It is tough transitioning because your ego, the physical ‘little you’ aspect of yourself, is going to challenge you all the way. Food, and yes, sex, are part of your human existence and are of little importance in the spirit world into which you are transitioning. There are far greater pleasures than these that await you.
The level of energy work you are doing now will be ongoing at least until the 21st December. There are various portals and gateways opening in the next few months that will expand your consciousness further into the greater aspect of yourself. You will greatly benefit by staying focused and prioritizing your daily activities. The changes you will experience will be significant and well worth it in the end. Be with me (in meditation) as much as possible. Go out into nature as often as you can. Rest when you feel the need, and eat lightly. Drink lots of pure water with nothing added. It will best serve you now.
I speak to you now as the Gate Keepers, Light Bearers and Way Showers. You are accomplishing much although it may not be apparent as yet. Do not let what you see or hear in the (3D) world around you affect you and bring you down in vibration and consciousness. You have much power now. Use it. Use your intention.
If each of you did this light technique every morning, this would have a vast impact on our World. This is after all why you are here. You did not come here to have the perfect little house and garden with a picket fence. You can have that at home. You came here to lift the light quotient and to help Gaia and all Life existing here into the Age of Light, and in so doing build the New Earth.
You are not alone. Each and every one of you is surrounded by many powerful Beings and by your Soul Families of the Light.
