We are by now able to move from 3rd to 7th in any one day, and at any moment slide back down to 3 at the drop of a hat, unfortunately. But How do we maintain living in higher levels of consciousness? Because there is nothing worse than going back to 3 once you’ve experienced the awesomeness of being in higher levels of consciousness.
You stay (maintain awareness of BE-ing) in your heart. Your heart is the portal (passageway) to your higher levels of consciousness. Think of your heart as being an ELEVATOR. The only difference is that this elevator only goes UP. What brings you down again, is your lower mind.
Learning to control your lower mind is the next step on your agenda. You are moving towards being able to navigate various levels of consciousness AT WILL, and to do this takes being in control of your lower mind.
This is easier said than done. My mind is powerful, more powerful than I knew! I now realize it’s been controlling my entire life! It may take me forever to master this!!
It won’t, I promise. You are no longer riding solo remember. I am here, and I will help you to take control of your lower mind. Learning to stay in the NOW is where you are headed. When in the now, your mind is under your control. You are consciously creating your living experience when you’re in the NOW. Start by focusing your awareness on this moment and when your mind wanders off into the past or future, just gently bring it back. This is possible with practice. I know it’s not easy. For some it is easier, but for others it may be more difficult. But it’s not impossible. Nothing is impossible.
This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Ascension in the body, I mean.
I know My Love. It has had its ups and downs….but it will be worth it in the end, I promise.
I know, so you keep telling me. It’s just that living in this environment is not easy when constantly bombarded by the victim consciousness of 7 billion people who have no idea they are victims in the first place. Remind me why we’re doing this please….

Yes I guess I have. We’re doing this because we will help others return to LOVE. And that is what we’re all doing, at least those of us who are awakened enough to be reading this. This is our life’s purpose here, to help humanity remember LOVE.
Love will lead you Home.
