We’re now in the letting go phase of the Moon – the waning phase – until New Moon next Tuesday. We’re being assisted now more than ever by our Beloved Higher Self, our ever present and loving Soul presence. And what a joy this is! What a blessing! We’re no longer doing this alone. I’m not sure we ever were, but surely now, we’re at a point where we are hearing our own inner guidance so much louder and clearer than before. How did we ever live before? How did we ever survive before this? I ask myself this question every day because even though this transition has been tough, it is nothing compared to being ‘lost’ in the lower recesses of the mind. No one is ever ‘lost’, that is not possible, but one has to have great compassion for those who are still living in victim and lack consciousness. Send those people your Love and your Light!
And even though we’re still releasing mother lodes of discordant energy, we’re able to deal with it so much better now. Not like before (2-3 years ago) when we were scared at the changes happening within us. Now we’re being lovingly reassured and guided by so many of our Beloved Soul Family. Nothing can go wrong now – not that that was ever on the cards, but we know now without a shadow of doubt that LOVE wins, all ways, and that LOVE is the magic ingredient that heals everything!
All that is not love must go as we merge and become One with our Higher Self and Soul. As these discordant energies leave our energy bodies, our physical body takes strain and so you may be feeling great discomfort in your physical body – lower back pain, hip and knee (joint) pains, muscular pains, stomach sensitivity (and painful bloating), weakness, nausea and dizziness etc. Take great care now with your physical vessel as it is undergoing huge change. Now is the time for taking extra loving care of your beautifully and perfectly created body. Allow yourself to indulge in the hot tub with your favorite essential oils. Use flower essences to uplift your senses. Be extra mindful of what you eat now because your digestive system is becoming more sensitive to heavy foods (heavy starchy foods, and foods from animal sources). You may find that certain foods like onion and garlic are causing discomfort and bloating. Stick to fruit and high water content fruit if you can, and lightly steamed vegetables. Make your own fruit smoothies and juices. Your body is worth the extra effort, time and care. Use natural anti-inflammatories – Nature has given us many – for instance make your own ginger tea with fresh ginger and add some honey. It helps for just about anything! Take deep breaths, and take the time to stretch those ligaments and muscles. It all helps.
We’re also integrating so much higher frequency energy at the moment, there is rarely a time when our crown chakra is not open wide and we’re not anchoring energy. It feels as though it’s happening 24/7 these days, and I say “Bring it on!” The more the better is my motto.
This journey has been so incredibly long and we’re thirsting for the finish line now. Just a little more to go! By the end of this year we will be smiling from ear to ear! The changes are palpable now which makes each day more exciting than the last. By the end of 2016 we should be in a whole new space (and reality)!
Listen to your inner guidance. Take the time to sit in quiet meditation for as long as possible and as often as possible. Don’t worry about anything. Everything is being taken care of by your Higher unseen power. You are so loved and so incredibly cherished. Can you feel it?
